Requirements for Non-Fiction Country Books

Books are due back on Thursday, March 24th along with a project poster/board. Project posters/boards do not need to have a lot of facts. Rather, they could have a title, flag, map, photos, and a few select facts of interest. The purpose of the project poster/board is to draw interest to your book during our Share Fair for the school.

Please make sure your book has each of the following...

Table of Contents

Headers (on each page)
Subheaders (on at least one page)
Use of either Bold Print or Different Sized Fonts (one each page)
Pronunciation Key (for at least one word)

Map

Photographs with Captions (at least one)

Illustration with Labels (at least one)

Fact Box/Bubble (at least one)

Glossary (Placed on the final page)
