1. Read for twenty minutes each night and complete the log. Keep up with this...don't wait until the weekend to fill in a bunch of days at a time. In fact, I am going to check in a few times this week because I'm curious to see what you're reading at home. Although you'll keep this in your Home folder at all times, you'll actually turn it in to me on Tuesday, 9/8.
2. On Monday you'll conduct some brief research on a piece of fresh fruit or a vegetable at home. This sheet is due back on Tuesday, 9/1. You only have one day to complete this but it shouldn't take more than 5-7 minutes to do. We'll use the info you collect in class on Tuesday so be sure to bring it back in.
3. A math packet will come home on Wednesday and be due back on Tuesday, 9/8.
