Final Days...Thank You So Much!

We enjoyed our end-of-year celebration yesterday. I had planned to have the kids cut up the fruit but chickened out at the last moment. I was worried someone might not come home with a full set of fingers! Instead I chopped it up for them while cracking juvenile jokes. The kids then walked around the room collecting the pieces of fruit they wanted to add to their ka-bobs. They loved it. I had to laugh when they became so excited because I was allowing them to take as much food as they wanted.

"We can have fourths?!" (squeal)

Here are some pics...

I also wanted to thank each of you for the kind gift the kids presented me with yesterday. It's never lost on me, all you do to support my efforts to give the kids the very best schooling experience I can. I am genuinely grateful for that. They're a great bunch of kids and you are a wonderful collection of families to work alongside. I hope you all have an amazing summer. I'll post one last message tomorrow reminding you of the kids' summer reading project as well as some opportunities for the kids to hang out with me if they'd like.

Chris
