Yesterday our class did book club. Olivia L read Toys Go Out. Gracyn read The Chocolate Touch. Toys Go Out is about three stuffed animals who are alive. Their names are Plastic, Stingray, and Lumphy. So far in the book all the toys are trying to figure out what Plastic is. It turns out she was a rubber ball.
The Chocolate Touch is about this little boy named John. When he puts anything in his mouth it turns into chocolate (like a glove, toothpaste, and eggs) because he ate a special chocolate from a candy store. We're thinking the special chocolate made this happen.
