We were dropping coins in a cup of water. We were trying to find out how many coins we could fit in the cup before the water spilled over the top. Eli's table got 51 quarters in the cup and then it spilled. When the quarters dropped in the cup the water made big ripples. The water looked like the opera house in Sydney. It made a dome on top of the cup. We were noticing that when the coin hits the flat surface of the water the water ripples.
