In the middle of the day we did science with a penny. We got a water dropper, filled it up, and put some water on the penny. We tried to see how many drops of water can fit on a penny. Some people got a lot of water on the penny. Some people got a little bit of water on the penny. Some people flipped the penny over to try another experiment. Some people dropped the water from up high and some people dropped the water from down low. We noticed that the water clings together and makes a dome on top of the penny to help the water get higher instead of falling off the penny. This was our favorite thing we did Monday.
