Rocks + Minerals

Hello Class, we are studying rocks & minerals! I thought it was my favorite thing as a kid. Yesterday we were studying Geodes and things we thought were made of rock we took a walk around the school right children!
Well we shall start with the book "A Rock is Lively". We read this book and it told us what the book is about. RIGHT CHILDREN! We learned this yesterday most rocks the (beautiful ones) used to be liquid that hardened in a bed of ashes. RIGHT CHILDREN!

This class of children really enjoys rock+ minerals. I think its because it feels good to do science again.
Some of the things that are most important are: The things are what a rock is made of and to tell a rock from another! RIGHT CLASS!
